Quad's Tempt In-Store Productions Commands Attention at Shopper Marketing Expo

Quad/Graphics, Inc. will showcase its Tempt In-Store Productions at the Shopper Marketing Expo in Chicago.

Quad/Graphics, Inc. will showcase one of its newest capabilities Oct. 18-20 in Chicago with its Tempt In-Store Productions having a major presence at the Shopper Marketing Expo. Tempt, which provides in-store signage and marketing materials for many of the nation’s leading retailers and brand marketers, will display large-format signage featuring fall colors, café food and Chicago cityscapes as well as sponsor the free “Tempting Lounge” Wi-Fi Internet café.

“Tempt is one of our newest and fastest growing businesses,” explains Craig Faust, President of Quad/Graphics’ Commercial & Specialty group. “Quad is an industry leader in print solutions for retail marketers, including inserts, catalogs and direct mail. Tempt broadens that offering to include in-store and point-of-purchase services, and retailers are embracing our total solutions approach.”

Tempt recently completed its move to a new 100,000-square-foot location in New Berlin, Wis., just west of Milwaukee. The move nearly tripled the space of the previous location in nearby Menomonee Falls, and also made room for two new presses and a total fulfillment solution that are helping Quad/Graphics deliver even more effective in-store marketing solutions to retailers and brand marketers nationwide.

Michael Draver, Tempt’s President, said the new facility and new presses make Tempt one of the most advanced retail signage and display operations in the world. “We’ve installed our third large-format digital press capable of producing high-quality, in-store graphics up to 5 feet by 10 feet, and we also have installed a new large-format UV offset press. The combination of these capabilities enhances our ability to produce cost-effective and innovative graphic programs that command attention across a wider range of format, quantity and schedule requirements.”
