Let the Work Flow with Xerox
The road leading to cutting-edge digital printing technologies, revenue generating applications, and next generation workflow and personalization solutions starts at the Xerox booth (1625) at GRAPH EXPO 16. With the theme “Let the Work Flow,” Xerox will showcase how print providers can solve their biggest challenges, propel businesses forward and work better by becoming more automated, integrated and productive in their operations.
An array of digital color production print devices, including the Xerox iGen 5 Press, the Xerox Rialto 900 Inkjet Press and the Xerox Versant 2100 Press and the all new Xerox Brenva HD Production Inkjet Press, will be on display.
Brenva HD will be making its US trade show debut at Graph Expo. The new press targets the space – dubbed by InfoTrends as the Zone of Disruption – that sits below the gap between high-end toner and low-end inkjet presses. Brenva HD is the first in an innovative series of cut-sheet inkjet offerings that combines the cost effectiveness of inkjet with the flexibilities of cut-sheet to address the needs of print providers in the light direct mail, transactional and book markets.
The Xerox booth will have a digital packaging section featuring a demonstration of the Xerox Direct to Object Inkjet Printer. The inkjet device prints directly on to three-dimensional objects as small as bottle caps and as large as football helmets and shoes. Just 39 x 39 inches, it supports a printable area of 2.8 x 13 inches and prints on plastic, metals, ceramics, paper and cloth, eliminating the need for costly labels.
Additionally, Xerox will be featuring a variety of workflow solutions, including Xerox FreeFlow® Core 5.0 and FreeFlow Digital Publisher. FreeFlow Core, now available in two cloud configurations, is an intelligent automation platform that streamlines prepress activities to increase productivity and reduce costs. FreeFlow Digital Publisher allows users to provide both print and mobile/online communications simultaneously using a single, unified workflow. Two new output options – Custom Storefront and Mobile Course Packs – help print providers meet more demanding application requirements for end clients.
XMPie, A Xerox Company, will highlight solutions that deliver highly effective, personalized cross-media communications and web-to-print portals. XMPie’s Campaigns-on-Demand offering expands web-to-print capabilities by making multichannel campaigns easily accessible for customization, personalization, use and reuse through self-service, e-commerce storefronts.
The booth will also have sections featuring business development resources, specialty media – Domtar, inkjet application stations and social media.
Brenva HD, Direct to Object Inkjet Printer, FreeFlow Core 5.0, FreeFlow Digital Publisher and XMPie Campaigns-on-Demand are all 2016 MUST SEE ‘EMS award winners.
