After the mutually agreed termination of the partnership with Cansel/Cobalt, swissQprint – manufacturer of large format printers – is now in charge of the Canadian market through its US subsidiary.

After the mutually agreed termination of the partnership with Cansel/Cobalt, swissQprint – manufacturer of large format printers – is now in charge of the Canadian market through its US subsidiary.

Illinois-based swissQprint America is now the contact partner for customers in Canada when it comes to swissQprint products and services. The US subsidiary of the Swiss manufacturer of large format printers has fully taken over of its former partner, Cansel/Cobalt. Cansel/Cobalt is concentrating on a different line of products which is why the two companies agreed to terminate the partnership.

Swiss quality in North AmericaThere are local sales and service representatives in Canada, while the showroom and warehouse are in Elgin, Illinois, USA. Mike Kyritsi, President of swissQprint America explains: "Our well-trained and experienced team guarantees short response times".

The high-end UV inkjet printers are 100 % developed and produced in the headquarters in Switzerland. The range includes five modular flatbed printers in different productivity levels. In May 2019, the company launched its first dedicated roll to roll printer, Karibu. It will have its debut in North America at the Printing United show in Dallas in October 2019.
